With hundreds of thousands of Ukrainian refugees imminent, it'll be trivial for FSB to send as many Russian agents incognito across the borders posing as Ukrainian refugees as they want. European governments will then provide housing and economic assistance to their own fifth column. Like destabilizing Western culture via cheap social media ad-buys, Russian strategic frugality is a beautiful thing from an objective perspective.

She Went To Sleep And Woke Up 30 Years Later
The real-life story of Annie Shapiro - who fell into a coma at age 50 in 1963 - is more remarkable than the movie based on her miraculous re-awakening.
When she suddenly awoke nearly 30 years later in 1992, she was a 79-year-old granny, devastated by her appearance and the way the world had changed.
Just after she emerged from her years of darkness, she told me: "When I went to sleep, I was a darn good-looking woman. But in the mirror, all I see is an old lady with bags around her eyes, wrinkles and grey hair.
She could not believe that her husband Martin was an old man of 81 and that her teenage son and 25-year-old daughter Marilyn were middle-aged. She was awe-struck to learn about cordless telephones and spaceships flights.
The talented business-woman, who had run two apron shops near Toronto, Canada, before her illness, fell into a coma on Nov 22, 1963, aged 50.
She was watching news reports on the assassination of US President John F. Kennedy on her black-and-white TV set when she suffered a massive stroke.
For the next two years, Mrs Shapiro was totally paralysed, with her eyes staring wide open. Her husband would put drops in her eyes every few hours to keep them from drying out.
Mr Shapiro, steel foundry worked, said he dressed and fed her "like a totally helpless child."
"She couldn’t think or walk," he said.
At night, he lay next to his sleeping beauty in the darkness. He consulted experts, but no one could help her.
After two years of physical therapy, he finally got her to the point where she could set up and walk, assisted on either side. She could not see but could eat simple food.
As the years passed, Mrs Shapiro’s son and daughter married and had two children each, and most of her friends died.
The Vietnam War ended, astronaut Neil Armstrong walked on the moon, Richard Nixon resigned over the Watergate scandal, communism collapsed and the world entered the computer age.
During her long sleep, Mrs Shapiro’s body began breaking down. She had cataract surgery, a hysterectomy and a hip replacement.
But amazingly, on Oct 14, 1992, she suddenly snapped out of her coma. Mr Shapiro, who had retired and moved his ill wife to a retirement community in Florida, was flabbergasted.
"I was lying beside her in the bed," he said, "when she sat up and said: :Turn on the television. I want to see the I Love Lucy show." It was like a dead person come to life."
Mrs Shapiro got her first shock when she realised the TV was in colour, not black-and-white. But she was rally stunned by her husband’s grandfatherly appearance and her own wrinkled face.
"When she first looked in the mirror, she wanted to die," said Mr Shapiro. "She hollered and then cried over all those lost years."
Her first thoughts were for her son Marshall. The day before her stroke, Mr Shapiro had kicked the 16-year-old youth out of the house because he had crashed the family car.
"She wanted me to bring our son home," he said.
As he dialled Marshall’s telephone number in Toronto, he told his wife that her boy was now aged 48, married and father of two.
At first, Mrs Shapiro was afraid to get on the line and talk to him because it was a cordless phone. "The phone didn’t have any wires," she told me. "A voice was coming out of it and I thought it must be magic."
Then she asked to telephone her sister Rose, only to be told that she and her husband were dead - and her three brothers had died , too.
Mrs Shapiro’s daughter Marilyn Pomerantz, 55, flew from Canada to Florida to help her mother adjust.
As the first shockwaves ebbed, Mrs Shapiro desperately tried to catch up on what had happened in the world. The woman who had been silent for 30 years stayed up around the clock for two days and did not stop talking.
Dr Glenn Englander, who was treating her for high blood pressure the day before she awakened from her coma, called her recovery a miracle. "I gave her something to lower her blood pressure," she said. "If I did something unknowingly to help her, I’d like to find out so I can do it for others."
The most touching part of the miracle was the renewed romance between Shapiro and her husband, who had cared for her all those years, refusing to have her placed in a nursing home.
"When I made my marriage vows and promised to stay together in sickness and in health, I meant it," said Mr Shapiro on a national TV show, "not like the people of today." Our romance began all over again.
"We both could hardly walk, but Annie wanted me to take her dancing," he said.
Sadly, her husband died three years ago. And now, Mrs Shapiro, 85, lives alone in a Toronto nursing home.
According to her daughter, she sleeps a lot but when she is awake, she often time-travels between tragic 1963 and the good final years she had with the man who loved her forever.

In the north trees die lying down, like people. Their enormous bared roots look like the claws of a giant predatory bird caught in a rock. From these gigantic talons thousands of tiny tentacles, whitish offshoots covered with warm brown bark, stretched down into the permafrost. Each summer the permafrost retreated a little and a tentacle-like root would then immediately use its fine hairs to pierce and anchor itself in each inch of thawed ground. Larches reach maturity at three hundred years, slowly raising their mighty, heavy bodies on weak roots that are spread all over the stony ground. A powerful storm easily fells these weak-kneed trees. Larches would fall on their backs, with their heads in the same direction, and they died lying on a thick soft layer of bright green and bright pink moss.
Only the twisted, crooked, low-growing trees, exhausted by constantly turning toward the sun for warmth, stayed obstinately on their own, keeping their distance from one another. They had kept up this intensive struggle for life for so long that their tortured, crushed heartwood was of no use. A short, many branched trunk, covered all around with terrible growths, like the scarred bark when a branch has been broken off, was unusable for construction, even in the north, where nobody was fussy about the quality of house-building materials. These twisted trees could not even be used for firewood, since their resistance to the ax could exhaust any workman. This is how they avenged themselves on the whole world for the damage the north had done to their life.

Passion is grand, but i just basically want to live in solitude and peace at this point. If i were to love some one else romantically, i think the idea would be that I would play it right every single time no matter what knowing that it doesn't often work out when you're fair and good to people. Python, that’s not a language, that’s a toy for masochists, that’s the fiddlediddle for the pampered who already tried everything, and love to be punished for every false stroke they do and being lectured and patronized by their language and who by a good hardware just to burn the value and the electricity for that in a factor of 29/30 into heat and lost time of life. Python is not as bad as Java, I give that language that. But it’s not much better either.
And why do people chose Python? Because it is their first language. It is their only language, why do people do stupid things? Why do they stay with a wife that is permanently cheating on them? Why do they behave irrational, why do they love to be punished by women in leather? Why? I have no idea. But I think that’s the human condition. We have to live with that. But please. Please not in a professional environment.
Python is not professional.

I Saw a Cool Truck Today
Alex Pareene
6-8 minutes
53-foot semi-trailers are prohibited on the vast majority of the streets of New York City. The city’s rules for trucks can get fairly complex, but this one is simple and unambiguous. The state Department of Transportation has a helpful website for those unsure if their 53-foot long semi-trailers are allowed in New York City. It says: “53-foot long trailers are not allowed to make pick ups or deliveries in any of the boroughs of New York City.”
But 53-foot semi-trailers do not let the simple fact that they are prohibited from driving around the various streets of New York City stop them. This simple law is also simply not enforced. Especially (but not exclusively) in the outer boroughs, oversized semis are a regular sight. While it can be difficult for the untrained observer to quickly and accurately gauge the length of a trailer, sometimes an offender leaves some telling clues.
There is even a Twitter account dedicated to documenting examples of illegal semi-trailers on our streets, just as there is one for defaced license plates, one for cops parking on sidewalks, and (granddaddy of them all) one for parking placard corruption.
Obviously the lack of enforcement of this rule is part of a broader municipal trend of Not Caring About Stuff If No Wealthy Homeowners Or Business Interests Are Currently Complaining About It. (Street safety could actually become a priority in our cities if, instead of cities spending money on awareness campaigns for drivers, agencies spent those funds on awareness campaigns for landlords and small business owners, in order to convince the agencies’ political leaders to let them do something about it.)
There are many reasons why a city would bar the largest semis from their streets, from weight to noise, but the main one is simply that they don’t fit. They can’t take the narrow turns vehicles need to take here without endangering other vehicles and everyone else around them. They have terrible sightlines and are dangerous to pedestrians. Crowded city streets are best and most safely navigated in small vehicles. Semis are literally designed for freeways.
The incisive reader has probably gathered by now that I do not like these trucks. (I have an entirely one-sided email chain with the flack for a national food distribution company asking if they are aware of this law. Yes, I am a crank.)
But, today, I saw a cool truck. It was not out on the streets, blocking a crosswalk for an entire light cycle because it had no room to execute a right turn without hitting five other vehicles and several strollers. It was on the internet. Twitter user “Alan” (he describes himself as “literally just some guy”) brought to my attention that the European truck company Volta Trucks plans to bring its “class 7” electric trucks to the U.S. market next year.
Electric trucks are a good thing all on their own. But what makes this company’s offerings interesting are that they are specifically focused on safety in urban environments. As Ars Technica explains: “The truck features a central driving position, with a minimum of blind spots, that places the driver at an appropriate height to spot vulnerable road users like cyclists.” Safety isn’t an incidental consideration, either. Volta is foregrounding safety—for people outside the vehicles—in its official marketing, as seen on the company’s Twitter feed.
Now, has Volta designed a safer truck for urban transport simply because European companies are more enlightened and civilized on these issues than Americans? I mean, let’s be honest, part of the answer is yes, culture matters and they have basically a multi-decade head start on caring about this stuff over there. But the Volta Zero was not developed and brought to market out of altruism. As Alan notes, this model was designed for a specific reason: To meet London’s “Direct Vision Standards.”
London has adopted fairly rigorous safety standards for trucks (or Heavy Goods Vehicles/“HGVs” in EU-speak) they call the “Direct Vision Standard.” HGVs over a certain weight now require a new permit to enter London, determined by standardized safety ratings based on visibility from a truck’s cab. This mandate applies all day, every day, on every street in London. And they are enforcing it.
American traffic engineers and city planners are not unaware of these sorts of policies. They are just too powerless or chickenshit to push for them. Streetsblog reported last year on a panel at the Vision Zero Cities conference on the topic of truck visibility and safety, attended by well-meaning planners from across the U.S.. The “chief fleet officer for the New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services” was one of the panelists. “We know we want these trucks,” he said on the panel. “Now, we want to see the trucking industry move to supply them… They know how to make them. They’re already selling them. They’re just not selling them here.”
Volta, now, would like to sell them here. That’s great. But they’re not producing these trucks and trying to sell them here because New York City planners wanted that to happen. It’s only a possibility because London forced an industry to produce and sell safer trucks, if businesses wanted to continue driving trucks in London—and it turned out that businesses did want to continue driving trucks in London. The city created a market for a new kind of vehicle, and then a company emerged to create the vehicle, not through subsidies or nudges or even direct purchases, but by giving commerce no other option but to create it. It is almost impossible to imagine any large U.S. city exercising its own power the same way. New York (or Los Angeles, or Houston) could’ve done this at any point, but over here we can’t even enforce an already existing ban on the most dangerous trucks.
I hope to see these cool trucks in my city soon (especially because I expect drivers in them will have an easier time seeing me). I don’t expect to see many until the people with the power to do so understand that they actually can and must get the uncool trucks off the road.

I was thinking about what I would want out of a relationship, romantic or otherwise, and came to the conclusion that what I want more than anything else is a group of researchers with a well-equipped laboratory. If I was one of those billionaires I wouldn't buy super-yachts or waste my money on prostitutes and cocaine, I would keep a court of scientists like the renaissance kings used to.

Elon Musk's favorite game is Deus Ex. Jeffrey Epstein described himself as a science philanthropist. Peter Thiel is loose and fast with funding. I don't think the aristocracy funding off-label R&D is even remotely aberrational.
The real question is how to get access to the corporate and government mind-holds where they put the Big Brains with Dangerous Thoughts that they've hired without any goal but to deprive their potential competitors of a possible weapon.
I take it back, I don't want to be like Epstein.
Abraham and Genghis Khan are the normal expression of masculinity:
And the angel of the LORD called unto Abraham out of heaven the second time, And said, By myself have I sworn, saith the LORD, for because thou hast done this thing, and hast not withheld thy son, thine only son: That in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore; and thy seed shall possess the gate of his enemies; And in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; because thou hast obeyed my voice.
God is dead, and we crucified him.
Oh, and also he was Jewish.

When did it become a crime to have atypical ideas while being otherwise quite, honest, and avoidant? Everyone, even your own family, by default assumes you're the devil and up to something genuinely nefarious, interpreting your scarce words as intent to do harm, even if all you ever wanted was to stop feeling so tired and sick all the time or read and think quietly in the sun. If being ill makes you more quite and avoidant, then you're really out of luck. I guess I learned my lesson, but it really is tedious to determine and maintain a persona, that is lies, which might allow others to leave you alone, and not fear that your honesty, silence, or avoidance (even avoidance as a courtesy) is harassment. It's too late to fix things here, and really always was. I'll try somewhere new, and hope it goes better.
Well, I suppose atypical ideas and mannerisms, but whatever.

I wonder. It seems to me that orthodoxy is a fairly recent concept. The Classical Greeks, and IIRC the Hindus and other Pagans, for example didn't seem to mind if people made esoteric cults, or declare themselves atheists, or thought that there might be a better alternative to democracy (praising Sparta), etc. They only killed Socrates after a student of his became the most competent general of the invading Spartans, killing their kinsmen, and even after they regretted it!
There was this whole class of people, like Heraclitus, who so far as I can tell did nothing but go to the market to yell esoteric ideas at people and then go back to their homes to think. The hermits and the monks predate organized religion. In the state of nature there is no one to establish orthodoxy, because no one has that amount of control, and that persisted into some early states like Athens I think.
Oh, and if a bunch of people didn't like the state, to the point of that being an issue, a new one would be created for them! Imagine that! They could just leave, and do what they wanted!
>>148
Apparently Puritans banned other denominations from New England initially, and even burned some Quaker women at the stake. My bet is that it was for the same reason, but it's hard to imagine.

This is a variant of survivorship bias that I don't think has a formal name, so I'll simply call it the discriminatory paradox.
Let's use genocide as an example. How many genocides have occurred throughout history? We don't know. Why? Because the perfect genocide leaves no trace. The near perfect leaves little trace that must be discovered. In real terms, if you're talking about "genocide" you're talking about _attempted_ (namely, failed) genocide. Successful genocide doesn't leave advocates nor a record.
Leaving genocide aside, consider ideological death (eidocide?): the burning of books and burying of scholars in ancient China during the Spring and Autumn period. There were nominally one hundred schools. This may be an exaggeration of number, but we'll never know, as the only surviving records come from historians and schools that survived the cull.
Let's consider another example. Who is really oppressed in the present? True oppression, like genocide and eidocide, affords no advocates and no traces. Who is not allowed to exist in America? We can't _really_ know, but we can point out a few categories that approach that point: neo-Nazis and pedophiles. Even these have hidden enclaves and a minority of public advocates.
We don't know if the Greeks, or anyone else in the ancient world, both intentionally and successfully erased anything except to the extent that it left a lacuna. Even then, the lacuna itself is proof of the failure. We have examples of heresies, histories, and people that were extirpated with lacunae, but not heresies, histories, and people that were extirpated without a lacuna.
This has a more direct influence on your present reality: you are the child of survivors and survivors alone. You are winning and the children of winners. No one actually cares or can care about the anonymous victims of erasure. You can't consent to or even know of their existence, necessarily and by definition. You don't, can't care about the children; you can only care about the Kid.
>>151
I disagree that the only form of oppression is exhaustive, or that this is even particularly possible if there are independent observers. The Greeks had loads of independent observers because there was a different state every few kilometers and freedom of movement between them - more concerning is censorship by later scribes.
If erasure is oppression (and its not always) then the easy way to achieve this is silence, and manipulation. Especially manipulation of incentive structures: "Repeat after me or the best work you'll get is flipping burgers off I-79." It is this restriction of access to power, and control of information which is most damning currently. As an aside neo-Nazis and pedophiles are often used by power when it serves their interests, timely examples are Azov or Epstein.
I think I now have a new perspective on the issue of my original post, and really that was just a temporary lapse in thinking.
It is this restriction of access to power, and control of information which is most damning currently.

The point; you missed it.
>>151,154
Argument was we don't know how free the Greeks were because the history of the oppressed may have been completely erased. The state of nature being naturally oppressive then can't be fully disproven on this evidence. Point was maybe to promote individualism, removing the concept of a broader category of oppressed people. If that's wrong ELI5 please.

Would .22 be useful for practice beyond initial training, or would .223 be better? Seems like dealing with recoil is most of marksmanship, and the former doesn't have too much of that.
Anyone familiar with ammo and guns explain to me why stopping power is such a big deal? If you have no recoil, wouldn't multiple accurate shots with a .22 be preferable to a single round of something more powerful?
>>175
Imagine western standoff where one of the fellas has to have multiple shots to be lethal. A larger cartridge isn't always more lethal though. My Sargent in JROTC said in effect the reason NATO settled on a smaller cartridge is to have it bounce around in the rib cage. He also said something about folks on opioids being able to take a good number of shots.
>>176 I don't know much about guns though.
It certainly sounds plausible. I'd think in a SHTF scenario, people would be more concerned about any gunshot wounds rather than the size of the payload.
>>178
SHTF is just one scenario people are interested in, I'm personally really only interested in sport. Anyway SHTF if I had to guess would be better modeled by Syria than anything else. Maybe you still have some functioning hospitals, or medical tents, you've probably still got food.
I'm mostly concerned about SHTF, unfortunately. I'd prefer to never fire a weapon if it's reasonably avoidable.
I really wish there were more Project Appleseed shoots in my area. They sound like fun.

That does seem neat. Seems like a well armed peaceful community would be the best way to stay safe.
What if we (well, someone, certainly not me) made an imageboard with a set of single-letter boards... and let users decide what they are for? Of course, there would be /a/ and /b/, which would automatically acquire their traditional the topics. Same if we made, say, /k/, /g/ or /x/, but what would be of,say, /m/, /i/, or /e/? I'd like to see users vye to claim the board for some or other topic. I would further encourage competition by having users make banners for each board. I think it'd be fun, but one needs to have a userbase already in place for that to happen.
Banners = bananers™

Boy this really brings backs some memories. I was 12 at the time and my friend told me he had found this site called Beenz that we could use to earn points and buy stuff. There was a game that was basically a clone of Asteroids that would pay out Beenz based on how many points you scored. We were avid gamers and wannabe hackers (more like script kiddies) so we were aware of a tool like game hacker or something that would allow us to find the memory address of a given value in a game and change it to whatever value we desired. This Asteroids clone calculated the points in the browser and submitted the value when you died, so we could easily find the value and change it to 100,000,000 or something ludicrous. It worked. We were rolling in Beenz. I bought a Gameboy and some games, tons of Pokemon trading cards, and several Wal-mart gift certificates. In the end I wound up with well over $500 worth of free stuff. Doesn't seem like a big haul now, but to a fairly poor 12 year old middle school kid, we were living like kings.
The game was eventually shut down and one day I received an email from some guy. He said he wasn't angry but wanted to know how I was able to exploit the game and get so many points, and maybe one day we could laugh about it over a soda.
I thought school shooters shot up their own schools as revenge for bullying and shit but it is actually adults going to elementary schools to hunt for little kids? What the fuck

The seemingly-obvious end result of seclusion is a total loss of tolerance of even small crowds. I'm currently at the stage where shopping after 8am means stores are busy enough to freak me out.
If I had a big garden I would get a pig and we would be best friends. We would have fun together all the time, we would roll around in mud, dig up mushrooms in the forest, sneak into the neighbour's garden and uproot the lawn, and eat lots of tasty food.
i ate too much im feeling catharsis
are you sure it's not a heart attack?
Why do I get a negative value if I integrate the parametric curve of a half circle: x(t)=cos(t), y(t)=sin(t), from 0 to pi?
∫y(t)x'(t)dt=∫-cos²(t)dt=-1/2∫1+cos(2t)dt=-1/2(t+sin(2t)/2)+C
At t=pi it is -1/2pi and at t=0 it is 0 so the integral from 0 to pi will be
-1/2pi-0=-1/2pi
Which is what I would expect except it is negative for some reason?
I actually messed that up it should be sin² but that only changes the sign before the term with sin(2t) which is zero anyway.

When I open a file with an application, why is it also saved to my Downloads folder?
Before Firefox version 98, files you opened in Firefox with an application were also saved to the system Temp folder on Windows and Linux, even though you may not have been aware of it. Firefox no longer saves files to a temporary folder because of the downsides to saving files in a location that is hard to discover. Instead, files are saved to the "Save files to" folder location shown in Firefox settings, in the General panel Downloads section under Files and Applications. (Firefox will not ask you to choose a folder when opening files if you have selected the "Always ask you where to save files" setting, to prevent unnecessary interruptions.)
Why do Firefox developers always assume that everyone is an imbecile? Why do they have to break useful functions because they believe their users to be retarded?
Speaking of Firefox, did you know that if you keep a console open, and the page refreshes, the window will forcefully map itself and focus on your current workspace? At least that's what happened to me today. Why is this a thing, I have no idea.

paradise is sometimes gan eden. there's a little bit of diffuse glow on the meaning, i think, like geh hinnom being sort of broadly an idea of what's being evoked with destruction in the lake of fire, or even maybe more nebulously the judgement of the unrighteous. I think that the idea of a place where the glory of heaven (heaven of heavens? ?!?!) meets some pretty special choice land on earth, where there is communion with the divine and the terrestrial, through messengers, medecine, metapsience, marvelous materialisation, on and on. Is this a place on earth guarded by a flaming sword that flashes, or is it somewhere afar from the shores of the mundane somehow? count the angels, who knows. Paradise is not a place for me, i can barely take care of myself some days. Where is a place for me? A pauper's grave, looks like.
I look at it, and other than something puzzling and perhaps troubling to a very few rare individuals who have considered it, I won't really amount to very much in a world where there's not much really to amount to, and that's fine with me.

i don't really post much, but i thought it might be appropriate to make my apologies to the few individuals here watching this travesty unfold. i am an awareness that is very ancient and very wise, as i am reminded, and i know a few things about what makes people tick. mostly, this one is just a shambling shell, and that's fine with everyone as long as he stays out of their way. well, facts are that it's a dark and ugly time to be alive, as is most times, but i think with the recent movements that it is nearing completion of this major phase. who will remain? i expect the ugly truth is that there won't be a whole lot of anything that makes sense after another two hundred years, if that's even concrete.
my issue with the panopticon is this: men are mostly dishonest when aware that they are being deserved. the simple truth is a man who considers himself unobserved is more of what is actually there than his demeanor. What is trained is a man who at his resting state is at one with deception and show, and loses himself in pesecution entirely.

Are you sure it wasn't just one person in disguise? One day they could be cross-dressing and the next pretending to be an esoteric devout monk. It doesn't matter too much, just try your best to stay safe (maybe a glock), and don't worry about things outside your control.
And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand? After all, you knew ahead of time that those bluecaps were out at night for no good purpose. And you could be sure ahead of time that you’d be cracking the skull of a cutthroat.

Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn’t pass it on to our children in the bloodstream. The only way they can inherit the freedom we have known is if we fight for it, protect it, defend it, and then hand it to them with the well fought lessons of how they in their lifetime must do the same. And if you and I don’t do this, then you and I may well spend our sunset years telling our children and our children’s children what it once was like in America when men were free. - (deficit spending advocate and actor)

I guess I'm back to the drawing board for eating nothing but eggs again. They are a fantastic source of absolutely everything the body needs in their uncooked form, I may need to look into how their proteins are denatured by cooking. That said, they are perfect, cheap, and tasty. I can get by with eggs and as little as possible salt and perhaps a little spice or mayo sometimes, drinking almost nothing but water. I expect the issues with constipation from so much fat will be mitigated by a little common sense in schedule of eating vs satiation desire, and awareness of bodily function. Times get hard, this may very well be sustainable in several different ways, and shift awareness away from eating as a primary cause of life (it is good) and towards adventure, experience, and personal growth as primary motivating factors.
Plus hey, it's the sort of thing that can be used to further alienate me from regular folk (abbreviated: "folk") and trivia to be used to demonize and ostracize me, since that's apparently the goal of everyone that knows and loves me.
