Here is a draft of a new public license for natural language content such as works of fiction. I am making it for reasons. The text below is not final.
Permission is granted to copy, adapt, modify, translate,

Installing Gentoo is about as hard as typing the list of characters in the instruction manual in the same order. Nothing to gloat about.
It requires patience + adaptability and it teaches you the basic elements of your operating system.
It's also nice to use, but I would only recommend it if you have a relatively modern CPU (any 6+ core Ryzen should do).
The only person who would use such a license would be yourself. A more politically correct license would be the BSD 3 clause.
The "natural language content such as works of fiction" you plan to license with that text had better be something a lot of people want to redistribute and adapt if you really hope to get videos of people fucking themselves. There has to be better ways to achieve your goals.

I wrote it using several variants of the BSD and MIT licenses as reference (you may find some of my phrasing familiar) and added prohibitions against modifying the contents for commercial or political purposes. These prohibitions are not absolute, and if I wanted to be more polite about it, I would suggest contacting me to negotiate less restrictive terms at exorbitant rates. This is a standard approach to telling business clients to go fuck themselves, but sometimes they don't see through it, so I elected to be somewhat more clear.

I thought it would be pretty funny if this somehow ended up in the hands of some Serious Lawyers who made a sincere effort to comply with its terms. If that doesn't happen I won't be upset about it.

display one of these graphics upon startup; a graphical program with the ability
to show images should have a function to display the image.

The problem with your license is the subversive use of its terms.
Although it may be reasonable to expect future contributors to have read SICP, installed Gentoo or fucked themselves at least once, it doesn't do well to restrict these terms for commercial or political enterprise, as it does not help guarantee the intention of the work; nor is it made clear to whom the evidence satisfying those terms may be presented.
Say for instance, a compliant contributor towards a derivative work may have the ulterior motive of collecting said evidence for commercial or political reasons.
So not only do these restrictions not protect the work itself, they expose a loophole to be abused for the very thing the license attempts to prevent.

This is a thoughtful critique.
My intent was to require derivative works to be bundled with evidence of compliance. I phrased this part very carefully, but if it's still unclear, I need to fix that somehow.
Again, I don't expect ordinary contributors to actually try to fulfill the higher bar of commercial/political compliance, because that's ridiculous, but I may have to rethink those rules as well.
I am in the process of revising the text. I have about five days left to address any flaws that have not yet been brought to my attention.
