I'm having a hard time living the good life

How to do it? I drink lots of water, meditate, do light exercise, go outside to watch the birds, but I still feel miserable.

Build up your muscles and your stamina. You should be doing some kind of "high intensity training" one day a week that challenges your body, the kind of exercise training that requires two night's of sleep to recover from the training. As you develop your strength through the months, you can maintain that high intensity training over more days of the week. It's important to push yourself at a controlled pace and it's important to experience that level of highly intense activity at regular intervals.

I'm living the good life for myself because I made the decision to develop my body years ago. The healthy lifestyle that I've adopted and maintained results in significant benefits for my daily life. Moving around in my daily life is easy and getting my chores done is easy because I have conditioned my body with a training burden that surpasses the rigors of my daily chores.

I do stretch regularly, that leaves my sore for days.

what helps me is being grateful for all the blessings, from the amazing wonder of life, to consciously enjoying my food. Sun shine, not having cancer, not being sick. Just really being mindfully aware of the good and life, and not just being appreciative, but happy about what amazing things that have been afforded to me by, if not the hand of God that feeds all the little wild critters, then the forward impetus of the universe's wild and crazy unentropic goo. I thank whatever is appropriate for me and what good there is every morning when I wake up. I also try to temper a heart of mourning with joy, just for the heck of it.

If that's the limit of what your body can do at this moment, then that's not a bad way to start developing yourself. As time progresses, I expect that stretching alone won't be a big enough training burden for your body. You will eventually need to learn some high intensitiy exercises.

This is unless you want to go through the path of meditating through yoga stretches. There are real benefits of doing meditation through yoga stretching, I consider it a legitimate path to improving oneself.

My name is Yoshikage Kira. I'm 33 years old. My house is in the northeast section of Morioh, where all the villas are, and I am not married. I work as an employee for the Kame Yu department stores, and I get home every day by 8 PM at the latest. I don't smoke, but I occasionally drink. I'm in bed by 11 PM, and make sure I get eight hours of sleep, no matter what. After having a glass of warm milk and doing about twenty minutes of stretches before going to bed, I usually have no problems sleeping until morning. Just like a baby, I wake up without any fatigue or stress in the morning. I was told there were no issues at my last check-up. I'm trying to explain that I'm a person who wishes to live a very quiet life. I take care not to trouble myself with any enemies, like winning and losing, that would cause me to lose sleep at night. That is how I deal with society, and I know that is what brings me happiness. Although, if I were to fight I wouldn't lose to anyone.
