You're right that moderation is key.
But I like keto because of the its effects on my body, and the food is delicious.
If I was having carbs I would feel more hunger and have my body be more inflammatory

Exercise is important, but a good diet is most of it, that's why they say 75% is diet, and 15% is exercise.
Sleep is very important as well.
Yesterday I weighed 132lb, and I hadn't slept for 2 days.
Got a long rest and woke up to 125lb, and now I don't plant to fast for 4 days as I had planned.
I will probably start doing akin to >>19 and fast for 1 or 2 days max from now on.
