I like having a body in ketogenic mode. While my normal eating protocol is within a six hour window, some days I eat nothing that breaks my fast (I only drink plain tea). I don't make that a regular habit for my eating protocol. I know that it's easy for me to skip a day for eating because I've trained my body to be ketogenic. I aim not to have too much ketones in my body so I try not to skip eating for more than one day.
