After the last november midge bit me I fucked up my sleep. So today I woke up at six fucking pm after sleeping for fourteen fucking hours. I haven't seen daylight for weeks now. How the fuck should I fix my sleep? If I pull an allnigher I feel like a zombie and sleep the whole next day. If I go to bed earlier I can't fall asleep. If I try to sleep 2 times a day or sync to "normal" sleep time it doesn't last long I end up oversleeping and very active at night. And no pills make it even worse. Anybody have been in the same situation? Where's the antidote?
