Vampire antidote

After the last november midge bit me I fucked up my sleep. So today I woke up at six fucking pm after sleeping for fourteen fucking hours. I haven't seen daylight for weeks now. How the fuck should I fix my sleep? If I pull an allnigher I feel like a zombie and sleep the whole next day. If I go to bed earlier I can't fall asleep. If I try to sleep 2 times a day or sync to "normal" sleep time it doesn't last long I end up oversleeping and very active at night. And no pills make it even worse. Anybody have been in the same situation? Where's the antidote?

Stop using your computer and smartphone so much.

Stop using artificial lights (electrical lights) at night; stop doing any work or watching videos (TV, online streaming) at night. Stop using stimulants such as caffeine. Take up strength training to overload your muscle capacity as regular exercise.

One way to do all this is to learn to go camping where you study bushcraft, haul your gear around and sleep in the wilderness. You would bring minimal electronics while camping.
