DSL still defines computer specific vocabulary. If I were wanting to write such a lisence here's what I would do:
1) Require sharing all of the data generated by any kind of manual process that feeds any sort of automated process to produce the resultant data that's given to the end user as well as everything needed to run the automated processes if its not available somewhere else.
2) Instead of just allowing the source to be distributed under the same license allow for any license that has the same or stricter requirements.

The problem with all this of course is that parts of the GPL are pragmatic. You have things like the OpenSSL exemption which was a big reason for the GPL2 for example.
