How can a perfect simulation of the universe be possible?

1 2022-06-18 08:16: If the universe is a simulation, then all the atoms and photons in the universe would have to be simulated for it to be accurate right? Wouldn't it then be impossible to accurately simulate the Universe if we're using photons to transmit data?
