I do posture exercises, squats, pushups, and handstands first thing in the morning. Then in the evening, sometime before going to bed, I will do a couple of stretches.
The posture exercises I do are:
wall slides, for winged scapula (https://youtube.com/watch?v=UB_n4DxOTCo looks like an example, you might want to search for a better video)
``dead bugs'' for flared ribs (https://www.posturedirect.com/flared-ribs/)
``butt clenches'' for anterior pelvic tilt (it should also be somewhere on the previously linked website, it's a great bank of posture-fixing exercises)
There have been noticeable improvements in my posture, and I'm happy with the results. I'd only wish to have a pull-up bar somewhere, as it would be nice to do some pull-ups and stretches with it.
