Just eat real whole foods, and avoid processed foods.
Always read the ingredient list.
Avoid stuff with long ingredient lists.
With whole foods like meats, avoid added hormones or antibiotics.
With vegetables, stick to the clean ones that don't need to be organic (avoid the dirty dozen)
Eat a varied source of foods for vitamins / minerals, and eat in moderation.
You don't need to do special diet like me, I just do it because its one of my hobbies and enjoy how it all works.
