I had a new twist on my sweet potatoe fries. I cooked them in butter instead of olive oil because unsaturated fats aren't good for cooking in my opinion, and I served it in Greek yogurt with cinamon. It was like a normally cooked sweet potatoe except that Greek yogurt is infinitely better than sour-cream and frying rather than baking removed all the stringness and strange texture that you might otherwise get.
