what are you cooking lately?

2 2021-02-12 21:44: I'll start. I tried to make a cold dish with tofu skin and stuff but it tasted kind of bland and chalky compared to similar restaurant dishes. Not sure how I should seek to improve this... MSG crystals maybe?
