I don't think experienced Lispers should help beginners. Experienced Lispers should frustrate beginners as much as possible by giving unhelpful answers, and by hurling personal insults at those silly noobs. This is to preserve the exclusivity of Lisp, and to weed out the inferior programmers. Lisp should remain an exclusive club of highly intelligent programmers.
