What is the first thing you do when you enter Emacs?
For me it's C-x C-c
I usually just C-x f to whatever file I--hey wait a minute!
C-x b
to visit a recently closed buffer.

C-x C-r for recentf
M-x doctor.

Eight megs and swapping! Even had a builtin ELIZA AI.

Now systemd has a web browser too.
And any serious software requires 8 terrabytes RAM.

Emacs muscle memory
At the end of the day, muscle memory is useless after getting injuries from long-term use of Emacs. Emacs was created half a century ago but physiotherapists have yet to endorse its use.
M-x uninstall-emacs
