I feel... liberated. Like, I'm the king of my GPON. I had to spoof id, vendor id, MAC address, and what not. I had to pretend I was someone else, someone good. I lied to the OLT but every inch of copper is now under my complete control. Well, technically even the $5 garage sale Huawei HG8010H ONT that I hacked runs something named "Dopra Linux" but what they call Linux is just busybox on top of a proprietary firmware. Or is it stolen GPL code? I'll never know. My freedom ends with this box, I'm afraid. That's fine with me, come on.
