Why make a language when you can ship another Framework?

I propose the Scheme Framework, a framework to help programmers write their own Scheme implementations. All common functionality of Scheme implementations will be encapsulated into a set of fully-documented APIs. Users of the framework would be relieved of their need to fully understand the complexities of the underlying mechanisms in Scheme implementations, allowing them to quickly achieve what is important: getting a sense of achievement from having implemented Scheme. This is a massive improvement upon the 40+ years of Scheme education. Students will no longer need to reinvent the wheel. They will no longer need to focus on the irrelevant details, giving them more time to learn other frameworks or to build other frameworks on top of the foundation provided by the Scheme Framework. We will enter a new age where pyramids can be built instantly by a single programmer who is casting the right spells. The future is bright.
