I like to type in the code examples and run them, but I am not sure how much it really helps. It is probably more valuable when you are a beginner. I had to learn to actually carefully read code and not just skim.

2 pretty sure i know which code to use and where. not exactly remember or syntehsize code in my head specific to the IDE but i know what to work
so i guess the only trouble to solve now is "how to fast, coding"

3 agree. i dont skim either but once i finished reading a day is gone and i still cant code or finish in the last 4 hour of my life or so
seems like over expectation but then the market seems to be competitively hasty since like, forever
