If you are not satisfied with your salary and project and worked for at least a year, just change your company for higher salary and more interesting project.
Don't wait for good promotion within the company, that happens rarely.
Yes, precisely. Even many employees with high pay recieved that from the start. If the hired you as a pawn the will keep you as a pawn. It's a doggie dog world i know.

I thought the great resignation is here & even for company like apple, people are leaving because of work from house demand is not meet, they had enough of working in abusive environment etc. Naturally it is the low IQ people that fill in the senior position after they left & you think that is excellent [b]secret[/b] to know?
