I communicate with small to medium enterprises about their IT systems. I sell my IT consulting service where I provide analysis and my software solutions under the GPL. I can do this because I have communication skills to talk to the decision makers.
are you making enough with that skill?
I don't earn as much as 600 thousand dollars a year in profit as an IT consultant, the projects I perform don't justify charging for that much money. I do earn yearly six figure revenues through my consulting business, but that's not the same as earning six figure profits.
