Anon would be perfectly right to do so! In the original project font families in the CSS were supposed to be only serif, sans, and monospace. Anon should choose themself which font they feel the more comfortable with. At least, Monapo is not hosted on some tracking Google or Cloudflare CDN. It's merely a convenience for the casual visitor.
If you don't have it installed the cute SJIS characters will be all scrambled.
