What's cheap and works really good?
Two raw eggs and a can of sardines in water for breakfast. The eggs are like a magic potion that quells morning hunger.
One large fat and flesh meal at six, cycled; sriracha dogs, mackerel with mayo, beef, chicken.
One agobi ashwaganda 8 in one with turmeric, arctic root, ginseng and ginger. Two if I can swing it.
Noopept 20mg, 10mg booster at lunch.
Full spectrum multivite with biotin.
3 grams fish oil in the AM.
All the green tea I can drink, hot, or cold water.
What is your supplement or dietary routine looking like?
I eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants. I drink diluted wine and coffee when I'm not drinking water. I use tobacco. Your "stack" is reinventing a wheel already discovered through and reiterated by tradition.
I eat baked beans and eggs as the base for many of my meals. For some meals I have only baked beans and eggs. For some meals I put in a simple veggie salad and a bit of flesh protein of some kind.
