I'm average at most things and regularly get the urge to improve myself. Whenever I have this urge, I delete all my history and files from all my devices too restart myself. Anyone else have this problem?
I have been able to control this but I've lost a lot of stuff due to this...
That doesn't work tho
What doesnt work?
Why would you delete everything? I take notes so that I can continue where I left off after the depressive episode is over, deleting them would be really counter-productive.

I've dealt with this a lot in terms of both physical and digital files. I can't say I wipe *everything*, but I've definitely nuked a reasonable stack of personal creative writing, art, and projects over the years. Didn't realize other people had this issue.
Same here.
Samesies.
I do that with pornography regularly.

Your confession has been recorded. You will be added to the sex offenders database. You will not be permitted to masturbate in prison.
Your're ip has been logged. Your are to be swatted.
Transfer it all on a 2 Tb drive. Ya morons.........
I did several times. Most of it feels like a revolt against
the mainstream timeline, like "I will not continue to work on this because it led to this moment", intuitively judging that
there is a need to reset something, and thinking files are
some sort of central topic around which the timeline evolves,
like a purity spiral where you decide the past is impure
and must be purged to allow a fresh timeline.
Delete yourself! You got chance to win!
delete this board
do it NAO
