sometimes i have conversations out loud to myself. often about people i hate. i never do it consciously. just happens out of the blue. occasionally it happens when i think i'm alone but there could actually be someone listening. like hallways and toilets. then i feel very embarrassed after. that i might have let my true hateful self slip out that i otherwise try to hide from the world.
