Even posteriori we can not make a claim about the lack of ability to conceive, but only falsify this hypothesis using as many trials as it takes to reach this conclusion. Since futanari are intersex, and with a different chromosomal makeup as you say we must then conclude that futanari, even flat-chest futanari is straight so long as you are not in fact a futanari.
