What is the proper method for reporting bugs and submitting patches for SchemeBBS? The official code repository is at https://gitlab.com/naughtybits/schemebbs but GitLab does not allow anonymous posting.
I have submitted a new ticket and attached a patch in the Fossil repository instead https://fossil.textboard.org/schemebbs/tktview?name=e93cb8269d but I do not know whether or not it is the proper way.
