I walk around 3 kilometres every day, on weekends usually more. Is that enough? It sound like nothing, but I'm not sure if I should find a longer route or go twice or just keep with the current state of things.
As much as you can manage, really. I try to walk at least 5 kilometers a day, more typically around ~15 kilometers. I'd be happier if I could be walking all the time, though.
If your goal is simply to promote good health for your body, that's an adequate amount of walking to do every day. There are numerous professions where you're required to walk all shift long as a part of your duty. Examples would include restaurant waiters, dog walkers, and janitors. I'm just throwing out ideas that could possibly aligned to your interest in walking every day.
For health. I sit for work, I sit in my free time. It cannot be healthy.
