Some months ago, despite dissuasion, he began working for that search engine company. Not the challenge he expected, but he seems to enjoy it. Having moved to near their center, . some few weeks ago, he invited me. Having returned, it met my expectation precisely (the flat weather was maddening), except for the following:
First evening, visiting his colleague whose apartment has pool access, says they're unnecessarily common. There's a sign: no swimming with active diarrhea. There were no swimmers. He says that that's also unnecessarily common.
Next day (2), I noticed my stool softer than usual.
Next day (3), him working, I wandered. Seeing many residential buildings---either nice motels or cheap apartments---I noticed copious swimming pools. All empty.
Whichever I approached had that same sign. That evening, my stool even softer.
Next day (4), liquid, and each next of those 8 days.
At home, my stool regained it's usual consistency.
Thus 5 days were wasted pondering whether diarrhea was epidemic there.
