I have some experience with the fairer sex, and honestly I don't see anything much different about them other than being more moody and given to receptiveness and nuturing. Some of them unlock bonus hellcat mode, but all in all they're a mix of dark and light like anyone else. I think they should be able to vote.
I think that the worst you'll see from a woman is when you give them your power as a man; power over your finances, power over your decisions, power over your own self determination and leadership of your life.
I am interested to see how the sexual revolution works out in the long run. I think once we have male birth control (it's coming) we will see a more dramatic split than what already is, and population rates should drop down to about 3% of what they once were. Less is certainly more here.
