I know about the Unix beard, but what's the consensus on facial hair among the Lisp weenies?

Lispers are more identifiable by their pocket protectors. Like all civilized people, lispers use fountain pens, but such pens have been known to leak. Of course civilized people would never let such a leak occur on their clothing, and carrying a dedicated receptacle for the device would be tedious, thus the pocket protector.
Lispers are anonymous. You can't tell one from the next.
That's what makes them formidable.
They macro their way out of categorizations.
If anything, Lispers are post-ironic contrarians.
I don't know about Lispers but the Haskell nomads wear some handsome beards.
