If we're going to reevaluate the tech stack, then I would recommend

* Electron + Typescript w/ WASM (can package Electron within WASM and then serve it on the frontend with RUST bindings for simple and robust design, keeping javascript for UI necessities)

What about GDPR compliance?
Someone should set up a server for code reviews (Phabricator or Gerrit) and continuous integration (Jenkins). There should always be unit tests and integration tests. No change to SchemeBBS should be made without a comprehensive code review by at least three people. We cannot let one person make changes to SchemeBBS without checks and balances.
