I tend to freestyle season so I don't really have any recipes but I can tell you to use a lot. Just dump it on and maybe mix it with a bit of broth and butter til it cooks down to a nice paste. Kinda like making a fond.

I have a taste for Indian curries. I assume you have access to premade curry simmer sauces in the stores where you live. While you did ask for spices for chicken, Indian curries can often be used with any kind of ingredient.
