If you are referring to textboard.org I think it is impressive too. However, it lacks what some would call "meme arrows", but are really just triangle brackets used to quote text. Example: a line starting with ">implying" looks like this:

The bracket is replaced with HTML markup and spacing. The problem is, when you copy a post or thread from this site to a text editor then save the .txt file the quoted text or "meme arrow" text becomes indistinguishable from normal text in the plain text file. If there was a way to switch between triangle bracket greentext mode and HTML markup only quotation mode that would be neat too.
