Things that I do to manage anxiety I feel?
- take a step back, breath
- write explicitly, with extreme description, about situations in which my anxiety appears
- get some exercise, even a walk with my dog around the block for a quick change of scenery helps
- do things that no one has expectations of me for: draw, paint, clean, read, write, play a conflict free video game, etc
