Microsoft makes billions of dollars by collecting the deposits/ recycle collection money every time you put a file in the recycling bin on Windows programs. This is kind of like Waste Management making money off you every time you throw a soda can in one of their recycle bins. They collected the recycle deposit scrap metal money and you don't.
It's not just about the money. Old files can sometimes contain rare electrons. Consider donating them to CERN.
If you consider the user data they harvest, then yeah, they do make plenty of money out of "recycling".
Office 365 always online with a rental fee.... what a rort.
Good thing I Shift-Del all of my files
I believe in the ressurection of Jesus Christ.
