i just find this comunnity and the software, but, i dont have idea how to start.

The textboard community is small. If you're coming from the imageboards, you'll find that textboards are comparatively very slow-paced.

You should get familiar with the existing places and if you find that there's a discussion theme missing then you could certainly host your own board.
