9/11 was done by Saudis. Why invade Iraq & Afghanistan?
There is going to be a debate between turd sandwich and giant douche today. Sounds like fun. I honestly don't know for whom to root. Both seem like total disasters, so I guess it doesn't really matter, but I hope that, whoever wins, puts the final nail in the coffin for the US of A.

AvP tagline is "whoever wins, you lose". I'm not as pessimistic as you, so I have a clear idea who's gonna be the better prez.

I'm actually pretty optimistic, didn't you read what I said? Murrica is done for!
Remember when this site used to be good? Yeah, me neither.
if Huxley's intuition of conscious automata is true, it would be horrifying to be the only one to realize it, surrounded by glorified Markov chains with the intrusive knowledge you're no different
that'd be awful
Universal suffrage was a mistake.

Only those who have mastered and memorized SICP should be allowed to vote and hold public office.
1. White property owners vote for a politician to represent their interests in he age of horse drawn carriages and the Pony Express
2. Pocs women and poors get the vote but you still need to choose a former lawyer/banker to be your representative
3. Computers and the internet are invented
4. You still need to *extremely gay voice* vooooooote for a Professional Political Person to “represent” you by giving all your money away to a foreign country
What went wrong?

Glass sandwiches are tasty
Democracy was a mistake.
Democracy IS a mistake
I never believe anything anyone says about their ex.
Why do all the good manhwas take so long to update?

It takes time to smuggle BL manhwa across the Korean DMZ
I just remembered the #1 thing I HATE. Googleing "why do people do some [stupid retarded thing]" and the results are all "Why WE Do Whatever"
It's not WE bitch there's no WE in this scenario
Don't use the same word in one line.
"Do you really feel the way I feel "
"Good times never felt so good"
SoystemD was an inside job. Cleanly executed, mess splattered everywhere.

Systemd did nothing wrong. If you don't like it, you're welcome to write your own OS and fork away any OS utils that you like.

Yeah, TempleOS ftw!
Making a particular init system a hard dependency for anything is insane.
Gnome was a near miss. Others may not be as lucky.

democracy is misconception. in ancient Greece women and parasites were not part of demos.
Magic is real and I can't prove it.

Sites that load then disappear for a few seconds before reloading again are really awful.
The following rant isn't meant for the 'power user situation' where the user is willing to do extensive configuration and research to get the perfect environment; it's referring to complete products that claim to work 'out of the box' as whole workstation environments, like KDE neon, GNOME OS, or Linux Mint.
KDE developers and GNOME developers both make apps that target only one specific platform: their desktop environments. But neither desktop environment is a complete and usable product without including some alien, user-facing software that wasn't written by them, and looks and acts completely different from the desktop environment.
This can even mean that a full KDE system isn't really complete without some really good GNOME-focused apps, and vice-versa.
What the fuck gives? No wonder not many people use Linux, even Mint does a better job at being a semi-complete product out of the box.
This is why Debian and Ubuntu are freakish distributions of the two major desktops, with lots of shit tacked on to make them even slightly usable as a workstation.
What the fuck.
