- true open-source (with reproducible or simply self-makable-and-useable builds) client-side encryption on a operating system without backdoors and without hidden hardware chips and such, as state sponsored infrastructure program
- proper checks and balances between secret services again
- a working non-bribable actual state-side privacy oversight board, that strictly fines corporations
